Covered service: the mobile game Bomber Car : Speed Race and related features (Google Play login, leaderboards, in-app purchases for coins, ads, consent management)
This policy is provided in Korean and English. If there is any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
1. Purposes & Data We Process
1) Purposes
- Provide/operate the service: gameplay and saves, leaderboard processing, Google Play Games login
- Ads delivery/management: Google AdMob banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads; frequency capping, performance measurement, fraud prevention
- Payments: in-app purchases of five coin items (multiple purchases allowed); purchase verification and restoration when applicable
- Support: troubleshooting and responding to inquiries
2) Categories of data
- Identifiers & device info: Advertising ID (AAID), IP address, OS/device model, app version, language/country, screen info
- Approximate location (inferred from IP): used for ad measurement and fraud prevention
- Usage/events: gameplay records (stages, scores, progress), button taps, session/timestamps, basic logs
- Leaderboards (when linked): Google Play Games player ID, nickname, profile image, scores
※ The profile image is display-only for leaderboards and is not separately stored or shared. - Payments (coin purchases): SKU, purchase time, purchase token/receipt, status (refund/cancel, etc.)
- Diagnostics: crash logs and minimal stability/performance data
3) How we collect
Data is collected automatically via SDKs during app use, or within the scope you input/consent to. The app does not provide an in-app account creation feature; Google Play Games login is an optional link.
2. Third Parties / Processors
We use the following SDKs/services. Data may be processed/stored outside your country.
- Google AdMob (Google LLC): banner/interstitial/rewarded ads and measurement (e.g., AAID, device info, ad impression/click events)
- Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) SDK: collect/manage advertising consent in EEA/UK and similar regions
- Google Play Billing (Google LLC): process in-app purchases of coin items (e.g., purchase token, SKU, transaction time/status)
- Google Play Games Services (Google LLC): login and leaderboards (achievements not used)
See each provider’s privacy policy for details. Changes to processors will be reflected in this policy.
3. Legal Bases
- Contract performance: core gameplay features, leaderboard processing, and payment processing
- Legitimate interests: service security, anti-abuse, quality improvement, contextual (non-personalized) ads management
- Consent: where required by law (e.g., personalized ads/measurement), processing occurs only after consent via UMP; you can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Retention & Deletion
- Principle: delete without undue delay after the purpose is achieved
- Statutory retention (if applicable): e-commerce records (contracts/payments 5 years; disputes 3 years; ads 6 months, etc.)
- Deletion methods: securely erase electronic files; shred/incinerate paper records
5. Your Choices & Controls
- Ads consent: in EEA/UK a UMP consent dialog appears on first launch; you can later change your choice in the app settings (if provided).
- Personalized ads setting: if you refuse consent, only contextual (non-personalized) ads are shown. You can reset the Ad ID in Android settings.
- Google Play Games link: login is required for leaderboards; most gameplay is available without login.
- Purchase restore: coin purchases may be restorable on the same account, subject to product nature and store policies.
- Data deletion requests: we do not provide an in-app “delete data” button. You may request access/erasure/rectification via the contact email below.
6. International Transfers
Data may be transferred to/stored in other countries (e.g., the United States). We disclose required details under applicable laws.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical/organizational measures: least-privilege access, HTTPS in transit, access logging, anti-malware, internal access control.
8. Children’s Privacy
The game is not primarily directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14 (KR) or under 13 (US COPPA). If such collection is discovered, we will delete it or obtain verifiable parental consent.
9. Data Subject Rights
You may request access, rectification/erasure, restriction, or withdrawal of consent after identity verification. EEA/UK residents may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

11. Permissions
The app may use network, vibration/audio (SFX/BGM), in-app billing, and Google Play Games related permissions to provide the service. No sensitive permissions such as camera, photos, microphone, or precise location are used.
12. Changes to this Policy
This policy may be updated due to legal or service changes. We will notify important changes in the app and update the effective date above.
