Design Future Games (hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”) considers user information important when providing the mobile game Cat Life : Idle (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) and publishes this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable laws and Google Play policies.

The Developer does not operate a proprietary account registration system or membership database, and the Service is not designed on the assumption that users’ personal information will be continuously stored on the Developer’s own servers. However, the following information may be processed while using the Service.

  • Information stored locally on the device: Game progress, settings, temporary data, and other data stored on the user’s device
  • When using Google Play Games sign-in: Player identification information, sign-in status, achievements, leaderboard records, and information related to gameplay activity
  • When using Google Play Billing: Purchase status, transaction status, and transaction-related information required to verify or restore purchases
  • When using Google AdMob: Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, user interaction information, diagnostic information, and other information required for advertising, ad measurement, and fraud prevention
  • When using Firebase Analytics: App usage information, event records, usage patterns, device and app environment information, and identifiers used for analytics
  • When using Firebase Crashlytics: App crash information, error logs, device status at the time of a crash, operating system information, app version, and diagnostic information required to analyze app stability

Much of the information described above may be processed automatically through external services and SDKs such as Google Play Games, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics, rather than being entered directly by users or collected directly by the Developer.

3. Purposes of Processing Information

The Developer may process information within the scope necessary to provide and operate the Service for the following purposes.

  • Providing basic functions such as running the game, saving settings, and maintaining game progress
  • Providing Google Play Games sign-in, achievement, and leaderboard features
  • Processing in-app purchases and verifying purchase restoration through Google Play Billing
  • Displaying advertisements, measuring advertising performance, and preventing advertising fraud
  • Analyzing usage patterns, improving content and features, and optimizing Service operations
  • Analyzing and responding to app crashes, errors, abnormal termination, and performance issues
  • Detecting and preventing fraud, misuse, abuse, and abnormal activity

4. Retention Period

Because the Developer does not operate a membership database on its own servers, the Developer generally does not separately retain personal information for an extended period.

  • Data stored locally on the device: Such data may be deleted when the app is removed, app data is reset, the device is changed, or the user manually deletes the data.
  • Information related to Google Play Games, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, and Firebase: Retention periods may vary depending on each service provider’s policies, technical structure, account status, and applicable laws.
  • Support emails: Emails may be retained for a reasonable period to respond to user inquiries and resolve disputes.

5. Use of Third-Party Services and Information Processing

The Service may use the following external services. Each service may process relevant information according to its own policies and technical requirements.

  • Google Play Games
  • Google Play Billing
  • Google AdMob
  • Firebase Analytics
  • Firebase Crashlytics

The Developer does not sell user information and does not independently provide users’ personal information to third parties for arbitrary purposes. However, information may be processed through the external services and SDKs included in the Service as necessary to provide its functions.

6. Permission Requests and Local Storage

The Service is generally not designed to request separate sensitive permissions. However, notices or consent procedures may be displayed when required by the operating system, app store, advertising services, sign-in services, payment services, or applicable laws.

Game progress, settings, and certain temporary data may be stored locally on the user’s device. Such data may be deleted when the app is removed or its data is reset.

7. User Rights and How to Exercise Them

Users may take the following actions regarding their information.

  • Delete locally stored data by uninstalling the app or resetting the app’s data
  • Manage related game data through Google Play Games or Google Account settings
  • Manage ad personalization and advertising identifier settings through Android or Google settings
  • Contact the Developer by email to submit inquiries or requests

Information processed through Google Play Games, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, or Firebase Crashlytics may be managed according to each service provider’s systems and policies. Therefore, certain requests regarding such information may need to be submitted through the procedures provided by the relevant service provider.

8. Children and Minors

Minors must use the Service with the consent or supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Matters related to external platforms, including Google Accounts, Google Play Games, payment settings, and advertising settings, must be managed under the responsibility of the user and their parent or guardian.

9. Security Measures

The Developer considers reasonable administrative and technical measures necessary to protect information and maintain the stable operation of the Service. External services such as Google Play Games, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics may also process related information according to their own security policies and technical safeguards.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be revised due to changes in applicable laws, Service features, SDKs used by the Service, platform policies, or operating methods.

If material changes are made, the Developer may provide notice by updating this webpage, displaying an in-app notice, or using another reasonable method.
