Service: Mobile game Changed Photo : Find It! and related features (Google Play sign-in, leaderboards, achievements, in-app purchases, ads, consent management)
This policy is provided in Korean and English. If any discrepancy arises, the Korean version prevails.
1. Purposes & Data We Process
1) Purposes
- Provide/operate the service: gameplay, saves, leaderboards/achievements, Google Play sign-in
- Ads: interstitial ads via Google AdMob, frequency capping, basic measurement and fraud prevention
- Purchases: verify and restore IAP (permanent ad removal)
- Support: troubleshoot and respond to inquiries
2) Categories of Data
- Identifiers/Device info: advertising ID (AAID), IP, OS/device model, app version, locale, display info
- Usage/Events: stage, score, progress, taps, session timestamps, basic logs
- Play Games (optional): nickname, profile image, player ID, achievements/scores
- Purchase info (upon purchase): SKU, purchase time, receipt/token, status (refund/cancel)
- Diagnostics: crash/performance data
3) How We Collect
Data is collected automatically through SDKs during app use, or provided by the user within the scope of consent where required.
2. Third Parties / Processors
We use the following providers. They may process/store data outside your country.
- Google AdMob (Google LLC): interstitial ads and basic measurement (e.g., AAID, IP, device info, ad impression/click events)
- Google Play Billing (Google LLC): in-app purchases (ad removal) (e.g., purchase token, SKU, transaction time/status)
- Google Play Games Services (Google LLC): sign-in, leaderboards, achievements (e.g., player ID, nickname, profile image, scores/achievements)
- Google UMP SDK: consent collection/management in EEA/UK and similar regions

3. Legal Bases for Processing
- Contract performance: core gameplay, leaderboards/achievements, purchase processing
- Legitimate interests: service security, anti-fraud, basic quality improvement, non-personalized (contextual) ads
- Consent: where required for personalized ads/measurement, collected via UMP; you can withdraw at any time
4. Retention & Deletion
- Principle: delete without undue delay once the purpose is fulfilled
- Legal retention (where applicable): certain e-commerce records (e.g., contract/purchase 5 years, disputes 3 years, advertising 6 months)
- Destruction: secure deletion of electronic files; shredding/incineration for printouts
5. Your Choices & Controls
- Consent management: in EEA/UK, manage consent via the UMP banner shown at first launch or in-app settings
- Permanent Ad Removal (IAP): after purchase, the app is designed to stop requesting ads (a restart may be needed in some environments). Restore purchases on the same account
- Google Play Games: sign-in is optional; you can play without it
6. International Transfers
Data may be transferred to and stored in other countries (e.g., the United States). We will disclose transfer details and safeguards as required by applicable law.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures such as least-privilege access, HTTPS in transit, access logging, anti-malware, and internal access controls.
8. Children’s Privacy
This service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 in Korea or under 13 under U.S. COPPA. If we learn that such data has been collected, we will delete it without delay or obtain verifiable parental consent. (Depending on regional rules, certain processing such as personalized ads may not be provided to children.)
9. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and withdrawal of consent. In Korea, you may seek relief from the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972) or the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (118). EEA/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

11. Permissions
The app may use network communication, vibration/audio (SFX/BGM), in-app purchases, and Google Play Games-related permissions to provide the service. We do not use sensitive permissions.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy due to legal or service changes. For material changes, we will notify you in-app and update the Effective Date above.
